Simple and Sweet Camp Wannastamp!

Wow! What an amazing project! I got this idea from my stampin' buddy, Dawn Olchefske, and I copied it exactly like hers! I've seen so many of these mini milk cartons held in little totes, but I loved the idea of putting them into a gift box! Each mini milk carton is filled with chocolate Easter eggs! Thanks for such a great idea, Dawn! The recipe is below. All supplies used and shown are from Stampin' Up!, except for the Hershey's chocolate! Recipe: Paper: (For the bottom of the box) Certainly Celery - 5-1/2 X 3-7/8; scored at 1" on all four sides. (For the top of the box) Pale Plum - 8-7/8 X 7-1/4; scored at 2-5/8" on all four sides. On each corner, cut off a diagonal going from one score line to the other to create an octagon shape, as shown above. Very Vanilla scrap for the tags. (For the mini milk cartons) Certainly Celery - 8-1/2 X 5-1/2 (2); Shades of Spring Designer Series Paper - 7 X 3/4" Stamps: Eggcoutrements (P. 22 of the Occasions Mini Catalog) Inks: Pale Plum; Certainly Celery Miscellaneous: Mini Milk Carton Die; Big Shot; Sticky Strip; Bone Folder; Paper Cutter; Paper Snips; Stampin' Dimensionals; Large Tag Punch; 1" Circle Punch; 1/16" Hole Punch; Linen Thread - 4" long; Old Olive Wide Striped Grosgrain Ribbon - 20" long; Mini Clips; Hershey's Foil-Wrapped Chocolate Easter Eggs

You know I love simple and clean cards, so this is one of my favorites! All you need are a couple of ink colors, a piece of white card stock, a punch, and you can make a GREAT card! Cupcake Holders!

I've had the "Perfect Setting" Big Shot die sitting around forever and have never used it - until now - and I LOVE IT! We have a cool boutique in Katy called Ooh La La where you can purchase gourmet cupcakes, so I ran by there this morning and picked these babies up! Actually, the gourmet cupcakes are rather large, so I had to kind of squish them into the cupcake holders, but if you made regular cupcakes at home, they would fit perfectly into these little holders! Now I'm ready to have a party - just gotta show off how cute the cupcake holders are! In case you're interested, you can see this Big Shot die on Page 200 of our catalog - Item #115961 - and the "Perfect Setting" die also has a napkin ring holder, too! Fun, fun! It's $42.95 and you can order it right now from my website, http://www.pennythomas.stampinup.net/! This kind of stuff makes my world go round!

This is Where I Just Came Back From!

My family flew to Puerto Rico, where we boarded a Royal Caribbean ship and headed out to Tortula, Antigua, St. Maarten, St. Lucia, and Grenada! It was HOT and I came back with a very sunburned forehead (which is now peeling), but the scenery was absolutely breathtaking! We had a fabulous trip and I immensely enjoyed the time spent with my family! This trip is very similar to the trip I would be taking with Stampin' Up! in April, but this year I took the cash option and booked a similar trip when my kids would be on Spring Break so we could all enjoy it together! I'm so glad I did that because we have wonderful memories from our trip, but I know it will absolutely kill me next month when all of my Stampin' Up! buddies will be enjoying the cruise! One thing I learned from this trip is that you can travel to amazing and spectacular places all over the world, but nothing is quite as inviting or beautiful as walking through your own front door! Thank you, Stampin' Up!, for a fabulous trip!
Our cruise ship in port.
Tortula - which was absolutely beautiful!
I could live here!
More beautiful scenery!
My new Rasta friend! I thought he was giving me the peace sign, but I learned later he was asking me for 2 bucks since I took his picture! OOPS!
The Piton Mountains
100% pure cocoa being made! I came home with three of these logs! They're mine, all mine!
Coconuts everywhere you look - and they were so good!
So many fresh fruits and nuts!
Haley just had to have her picture taken with this monkey! Haley's the one in blue!
This is my favorite thing to do on the ship! The picture doesn't show that I have a lime Mojito in my hand! Ahhhhhhh!
In San Juan, we had dinner at a quaint little restaurant and this is the view from our table!
Old San Juan was beautiful! That's Hunter, Haley, and Randy up on the right! We had a great time shopping - and I'd love to go back!
